This return policy is based on current legislation and may be updated without prior notice.
Period of free withdrawal and return
The customer has the right to terminate the contract without incurring any costs (other than the cost of returning the product(s)) and without having to state the reason, within 14 (fourteen) days, starting from the day that the order was placed.
Thus, in the case of exercising the right of free resolution, any purchase made in the store may be returned up to 14 days after being received. After this period, it will not be possible to offer a refund or exchange of the item(s).
If the customer wishes to exercise the right of free termination of the contract, you must complete and deliver any unequivocal statement of contract termination. You may, by contacting the Store within the period referred to above, request the Free Resolution form or indicate via e-mail at adoniszerotohero@gmail.com explicitly that you wish to terminate the contract.

Upon receipt of the request for free contract resolution, an answer will be given as soon as possible, in order to expedite and schedule the collection of the product(s) purchased.
Conditions for returns
For a purchase to be eligible for return, the purchased items must be in the same condition in which they were delivered. They must also be returned in their original packaging and without signs of misuse or mishandling.
Products considered perishable cannot be returned. Examples are food, flowers, newspapers, and magazines.
Products related to personal hygiene or intimacy, as well as consumables will not be accepted for return. The return should always be made to the merchant and never to the supplier of the products and/or services.
Documentation
In order to complete the return process, it will be necessary to include sending the purchase invoice, proof of payment and the return form.
Refund
The refund of the value of the product(s) will be total within 14 days from the date we are informed of the decision of free withdrawal.
Adonis is not obliged to reimburse additional return costs as a different and more expensive method of collection of the product(s) than the one presented by us. In case the collection of the product(s) from the customer is requested by Adonis, the refund process will be initiated upon proper receipt of the product(s). The customer will be notified by adoniszerotohero@gmail.com regarding this process.
The refund will be made via the same payment method used by the customer for the initial payment, except in situations where express agreement has been made and the customer does not incur any costs as a result of the refund.
If you do not receive a refund within the indicated period, please try to double-check your bank account. If you still do not confirm the deposit of the amount, please also try to contact your bank manager. If you still have no feedback, try to contact the bank. Exchanges
An exchange is only accepted when the order is defective, incomplete, incorrect, or damaged due to delivery. If you wish to exchange an item, you must contact us by e-mail at the following address: adoniszerotohero@gmail.com.

If the item was offered, it will only be accepted for exchange and upon presentation of the respective gift receipt.
Shipping costs
The shipping costs initially paid will be included in the amount to be refunded, as provided for in the legislation in force in the Decree of Law No. 24/2014.
If the customer wants a different collection method than the one defined by Adonis, the customer will be responsible for paying the additional shipping costs related to returning the product to the store, whether for return or exchange purposes.
We cannot guarantee that items will be returned or that they will arrive in the same condition as when they were sent.
International returns
In the case of an order delivered abroad, the return process is done based on the conditions mentioned above.
